I have struggled with low breastmilk supply off and on since my sons birth 9 months ago. I actually had to wean my two year old earlier than planned two months ago because I just couldn’t keep up with both. Since listening to your podcast I have increased my starchy veggies and fruits with meals. Wow! Huge difference in just a couple of days! Now he can’t keep up! Thank you so much!
