Hi Stacy and Matt! My family including my sister, my mom plus my two little ones are starting a Paleo program on Sunday. I found Paleo Parents via Pinterest when looking for gluten free and low carb recipes. Your food looks amazing and we are awaiting our copy of Eat Like a Dinosaur to hopefully encourage a picky 3 and 7 year old to get excited about this new way of eating. I’d gone gluten free about 7 months ago but my weight has remained fairly stagnant after losing 30 lbs on a “conventional” diet plan. Reading about your success has really inspired me to want to kick the dairy and sugar habit. Thanks for being such a great role model for moms (AND dads Matt)! Stacy, I think you look great and I can’t wait to see the results going Paleo will bring for me! (P.S. I also suffer from an autoimmune disease – lupus – but am not quite ready to give up eggs and tomatoes just yet…please post your progress on this subject.)

Hi ladies! Thank you so much for addressing my question on the podcast. Your advice was very much appreciated, and for the last 10 days or so, it is exactly what I have been doing. Being back to the place I found success in the first place has helped me relax and I am tuning out all the negative. I will not be doing a cleanse. :)
