Love this! I have lichen planopilaris, which is lichenplanus on my scalp. Horrible itching, burning and hair loss. I know we need to cut out so much more, it is just a huge step when cooking for a family of 8. Thank you so much for making it easy and breaking it down.

I loved the first podcast, so I’m so looking forward to listening to the 2nd one! More and more I’m beginning to suspect I should give the autoimmune thing a try, so I can’t wait to hear Sarah & Stacy’s opinions on it!

I am so disappointed ~ I finally have a little time with everyone in bed but I cannot get the podcast to work for me (either through itunes or the other link). I’ve been working on it for 45 minutes :-( If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it! Thanks much ~

      Michelle,
Unfortunately the website that hosts our podcast, podbean.com, has been down for several hours now. I’m really sorry you weren’t able to listen. Believe me, it’s just as disappointing for me, and I wish it was different.

I am not able to get it to work this evening either.

Curious about the eggs. I wonder, for my son, who will not eat veggies for breakfast if hard boiled yolks would work. I am just scratching my head at what the heck I’m going to feed the little guy. I loved the pod cast. Very inspiring. Thanks!

This is the first episode I’ve listened to–LOVED it. Thanks so much for doing this. I nodded a lot. You two have a great rapport.

I did the autoimmune protocol for a few months and fell off the wagon because it didn’t completely alleviate my symptoms. My doctor and I learned that I also had a bad case of dysbiosis AND very very low stomach HCL, so I’m not digesting my food very well at all. However, I, too, have celiac and no gallbladder, so I know that I have some autoimmune issues, so I want to go back on the protocol. This episode is going to help. Thanks for that.

I think it’s really interesting to think about the multiple issues many of us have going on that a single approach is going to have trouble dealing with–GAPS can’t exactly touch an issue of food allergy, autoimmune can’t fix SIBO, clean paleo isn’t always enough, etc.

A question: do you two have any tips for replacing eggs as a binder in recipes like fish cakes? It’s driving me crazy!
