I have been saving this page and finally got to look at it. So many great ideas! I am all over those soups. I know yous talk about that a lot, but these ideas reinvigorate my purpose to make some breakfast soup. My kids loove bone broth soups, so I think even the picky one who takes a long time to wake up and be happy will eat it. I also just happen to have all the ingredients for your apple bacon hash this morning!
I did notice you had thepaleomom’s perfect pancakes, which I think are brilliant, but they have eggs. I can’t eat eggs anymore (my poor nursing 17 month old gets crazy eczema ). I have bad luck subbing gelatin in pancakes… the panckaes gum up my pans. Is there a sub for eggs in those recipes?
