Guest Post: Lillian’s Test Kitchen with a Paleo Cookie Video Round-Up

Today we are joined by Lillian of Lillian’s Test Kitchen, who is sharing with us a round-up in video form! We love doing round-ups, but this one is so unique because Lillian makes funny videos of herself making recipes for the first time on camera. She shows people that you don’t have to be perfect or a trained chef, you just need to be willing to have fun and try it out! Cooking doesn’t have to be scary, but an adventure, and what’s the worst that could happen? More often than not you learn something new, and you get to EAT it! Take it away Lillian!

♥♥♥

At Lillian’s Test Kitchen, I go on fun, food adventures while I make other people’s recipes (Sometimes vegan. Sometimes raw. Mostly paleo. Always gluten, grain, dairy, refined sugar, soy, and corn free) for the very first time on camera. I also do a daily gratiTUDE series in which I write about something I am grateful for everyday because the secret to happiness is realizing that the good stuff is already all around us. Check it all out on out on http://www.LilliansTestKitchen.com,

My name is Lillian Medville.

I was diagnosed with food allergies (gluten, dairy, cane sugar, soy) and auto-immune hypothyroidism 10 years ago and have been on a health and food exploration ever since. At Lillian’s Test Kitchen I make other people’s recipes (Sometimes vegan. Sometimes raw. Mostly paleo. Always gluten, grain, dairy, refined sugar, soy, and corn free) for the very first time on camera. They’re fun, food adventures that somehow almost always turn out to be delicious (Quite frankly, it’s a miracle there aren’t more disasters). You should watch them and laugh. I also do a daily gratiTUDE series in which I write about something I am grateful for everyday.
