Family Fun & Handstand Month

We spend a lot of time together as a family. Sometimes it’s reading books, others it’s eating coconut milk ice cream and watching Dancing with the Stars in bed, and sometimes it’s getting our bodies moving at home.

Matt won. I got up on my own but could barely stay; Matt was up for what seemed like hours (30 seconds, maybe). Cole was really excited to get up, he actually stayed up for a few seconds after Matt let go.

I’m declaring the next 30 days as official handstand challenge month (in our house at least). I’m going to do a handstand every day until May 15th. Today, I recorded about 3-5 seconds up on my own, against a wall. I’m looking forward to seeing what my improvement will be over the next month.
